  • Applicable for Individual & Family Plans only
  • Special offer is available thru selected HMO Specialists only & is not available as Direct Sales at Head Office or provincial branches, nor thru other Sales Agents.
  • Properly filled out, specially marked application w/full payment should be submitted before 12:00 noon to Insular Health Care Head Office at 167 Legaspi St., cor dela Rosa St, Legaspi Village, Makati City.  Health Card shall be ready for pick-up the following working day.
  • Only Application forms marked “1 day processing” shall be eligible for the special offer.  Application forms w/out proper markings shall be processed under regular processing time.
  • Provincial applicants should mail or send application forms thru mail or courier & the same cut-off time shall be observed.  Health Card would then be sent before 12:00 noon the following day thru 24 hr. couriers.
  • If unable applicant is unable to pick up, his Health Card will be sent thru 24 hr. couriers. Courier limitations apply.
  • Applications received after 12:00noon shall be treated as transaction for the next day.
  • The following are not eligible for "1 day processing":
    1. Former members under Individual or corporate plans who are re-enrolling
    2. Personnel & staffs of hospitals, clinics, diagnostics facilities & the like, including doctors, medical practitioners & related fields.
    3. Those who are permanently excluded from enrolling e.g., military, police, BJMP, para-military personnel or those engaged in hazardous occupation & activities. 
  • Ineligible applicants, except item No. 3, may still apply under regular processing time.
  • Standard Individual & Family Plan benefits shall apply.
  • Effectivity date shall either be 1st, 8th, 16th or 24th of the month depending on the day application is received.
  • Credit card payment is accepted at Head Office only.
  • Insular Health Care, Inc. reserves the option to impose conditions or decline applications in accordance with its underwriting policies.
For age 50-59
If an enrolled member reaches the age of 60
while still a member, he is eligible for
yearly renewal & continue to enjoy the
benefits up to age 64.  
Appplicants age 50 - 59, can apply now,
enjoy "1 day processing"
& be able to renew up to age 64.
